MATRIX is a National Information Technology Solutions Provider, specializing in IT Staffing and Solutions. During my 26 year tenure, I was an Account Executive, Technology Recruiter, Team Leader, and Associate Director. Worked in several markets including Atlanta, Charlotte and Jacksonville. Established client base for staffing from initial contact, to contract negotiations, throughaccount development. • Responsible for on-going Account Management of existing clients, while driving both new business development and market penetration. • Managed, interacted and submitted resources through several VMS tools to include, Beeline, Fieldglass and IQNavigator. Worked extensively with both their Program Managers and Coordinators. • Successfully recruited, interviewed and placed both permanent and contract IT resources. • Manage contract resources with client companies. • Led Account Managers and Recruiters as both a Team Lead and Associate Director. • Responsible for selling MATRIX’s Professional Services Agile projects. •Recognized for successful sales efforts within Atlanta and Jacksonville markets, was chosen to be a key Account Executive for the new National Delivery Model covering territories for the new Wells Fargo national account. Territories included: Charlotte, St. Louis, Jacksonville, Boston, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Maryland. • Established the North Florida MATRIX branch in Jacksonville Florida with the Bank of America Account. • Consistently exceeded established activity goals.
