The Holistic Counseling Center is a boutique therapy practice in California. We provide therapy and counseling to adults, teens and couples and specialize in therapy for anxiety, depression, maternal mental health, and spirituality.

I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) in Private Practice in San Francisco and El Dorado Hills, CA. I serve clients in person as well as online. As a holistic psychotherapist, I offer heart centered therapy that integrates traditional talk therapy with both eastern and western healing modalities. I help my clients fear less, love more, and live now.I specialize in supporting women in their 20s, 30s and 40s dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, mindfulness, life transitions/purpose and developing healthy relationships. I am also passionate about holistic wellness for moms and work with mamas dealing with postpartum mood disorders (including assessment and treatment of postpartum depression + postpartum anxiety) as well as women looking for extra support on the journey of motherhood.
