Responsible for daily operations in restaurant and banqueting. Tasks include: Receiving guests, serving tables, serve bar, banqueting, closing the restaurant, administrative tasks, daily revenue and directing runners.

From Guest Journey to Guest Satisfaction - Graduation projectConducting research in order to develop a generic and systematic approach to (re-) design Guest Journeys, to achieve the most optimal guest/employee satisfaction within a company.Main focus of my research was the applicability of Design Thinking to gain more insight in user-satisfaction. A new tool was developed named the GJ Game, which was created through a composition of multiple Design Thinking tools. All findings and tools were tested at several pilot locations (offices) from various large organizations.

At PT. Arina Multikarya in the first 2 months I worked as an associate for the human resources department (recruitment, database and contracting) and two weeks in operations.Recruitment:Part of my activities was assisting the head of recruitment with job interviews, promotion at job-fairs and implementing a digital database.Database: Processing data from the offices into the pay-rollContracting: Assisting head of Human Resources in reviewing the English translation of legal contract proposals from the clients. Operations:Processing sales data of outletsFrom August to December I worked as an associate of the director on two main assignments:1: I was given the assignment to write an advice report for nationwide KPI's. The top management team in Surabaya and Jakarta wanted to have KPI's for all departments and work levels of the company. I was given 4 weeks to complete this report including implementation plan and present my results to the General Director and management team. 2: Writing a relocation advice for PT. Alva. The daughter company of Alva had to be relocated to a new head office in Surabaya. For this relocation the Accommodation - Choice model (from the Centre for People and Buildings) was used. Interviews were held with the employees of Alva and an advice report was written with floor plans and a review of current office trends applicable to the company. Other responsibilities were running errands and assisting in the organization of a staff party.
