- Design dental treatments in 3D software.- Inspect procedures throughout the production cycle to ensure they are efficient and meet safety standards.- Plan and coordinate the translation process to ensure timely delivery of the configured ClinCheck to clients.- Update and complete cases that have been assigned by the team leader/specialist or supervisor, such as complaint follow-ups, reassigned cases, and any cases that require special translation assistance.- Update and report incorrect or outdated client and patient information found in any of the client databases.Propose ideas for procedures and processes to promote better customer service and satisfaction and overall department improvements.
