When disasters strike, Tyler, Jessica and our team understand how stressful the situation can be, especially when personal belongings with sentimental value are damaged. I coach and develop leaders with a strong management skill set and model the company values, behavior and culture.

I am a passionate philanthropist and being involved with the Enterprise Holdings Founding Values Committee over the course of my 26 year career has been a true gift. I championed the creation of our Colorado Community Ambassador Council. Advising those leaders led to our strong platform for year-round employee engagement and volunteerism. I actively participate in driving our annual employee giving campaign and am also the lead facilitator of our annual charity golf tournament. The Enterprise Holdings Foundation has contributed more than $462.5 million to thousands of local nonprofits focused on community improvement, education and environmental stewardship. Ninety-eight percent of those grants fulfilled are requests by employees to help community causes they personally champion and actively support. Our team in Colorado supports more than 100 different non-profit organizations each year and I am proud to assist with the request forecasting and grant writing process.
