I am an experienced Consultant and Board member. My specific focus includes:- Developing Vision and Strategy. Identifying innovative and practical actions to deliver outcomes. Identifying process and system enhancement to ensure they deliver expected outcomes as well as managing risks.- Delivering successful business projects. Working with project sponsors and project teams to identify the critical success factors and then ensure projects are governed and managed in a way to deliver planned outcomes.- Enhancing governance. Enabling governance bodies to enhance performance and provide effective leadership.- Critical Issues and Crisis Management. Helping clients through critical issues and crisis events. Performing detailed investigations and identification of root causes and then working with stakeholders to make decisions that are in the best long term interests of their organisations.- Pragmatic and relevant management of risks. Developing enhanced approaches to risk management that are directly relevant to achieving business outcomes.As Managing Partner, I led a renewed market strategy that led to PwC Adelaide being one of the fastest growing offices in Australia and with the highest people engagement. I was in PwCs 2020 Leadership Team which guided the firm through significant growth and transformation over this period.I am committed to recognising the cultural value and contributions made by the First Peoples of Australia. I have led PwCs reconciliation efforts for over many years and we are recognised by Reconciliation Australia as an Elevate RAP partner. The Governor has appointed me as an Ambassador to the Aboriginal Employment Industry Cluster Program.In 2020, I was recognised as a Distinguished Alumni by Flinders University for contribution to business in SA and to reconciliation.
