I have had a productive and successful career as a Manager, Business Analyst, and Lean Six Sigma Continuous Improvement Leader in the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical industries. I have had the privilege to work for PSS World Medical now Mckesson, Nemours Children’s Hospital, Prime Therapeutics and AllianceRx Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy.I am passionate when it comes to helping to identify the root cause of issues within an organization and working with the team to optimize the company’s ability to deliver the best customer experience.     Achievements• Refined, improved and created a change control for the Rapid Process Improvement Workshop packet for use throughout Nemours.• Facilitated a Rapid Process Improvement event on the transfer process.
