As Senior Vice President of Engineering for Helius Mr. Clark is responsible for all critical path engineering management. His duties include the management of all engineering people, plans and process ensuring quality and on-time delivery of all Helius products. Mr. Clark brings more than 20 years of extensive engineering management experience to Helius. Prior to this position Mr. Clark was Vice President of Engineering at Linux Networx, a developer of high-end clustering super computers. Mr. Clark also held executive positions at Novell, Lineo and Signetics corporations. Mr. Clark has directed the delivery of industry leading technologies including NetWare and the third largest Linux-based super computer in the world. Mr. Clark holds a bachelor degree in electrical engineering, with minors in mathematics and physics form Utah State University.
