Hi, I'm Kim. I have been in a Support department my entire professional career and I love it! I have been extremely fortunate to have held many roles. The question isn't really about what have I done, it should ask, "what haven't you been involved with?" As you can imagine, that list is fairly small. I am a trusted advisor to many. I don't hesitate to express my opinion. Having fun in what you do is just important in how you do it. Being open and honest is also fundamental to my core and I probably share too much. Trust is so important when you have employees, it can make or break your team, your brand, your company. One of my favorite sayings to my team is to "do what you can to keep moving forward" (partly quoted from Walt Disney and one of my favorite movies, Meet the Robinson's). "Everything is about communication" and "It's not rocket science" are also favorite sayings. I have been told that I am amazing from peers, directs, customers, internal departments, etc. I am amazing because I have a team of amazing people and they push me to be and do better every day. How amazing can you be today?
