• Worked on deployment project. Upgraded 350 machines from Windows XP SP3 to Windows 7 SP1. Replaced approximately one third of machines that reached End of Service Life. Primarily responsible for Pre-Upgrade inventory – determining which corporate approved applications and settings needed to be migrated or reinstalled; and Post Upgrade follow up – verifying all items in Pre-Upgrade step were completed correctly, ensure that necessary software was activated and correctly licensed; fixing any problems encountered by user after upgrade. Responsible for full migration process for field users to ensure 1 day turnaround. During down time assisted Desktop Support team with in house job tickets. Provided remote support using IBM Tivoli Remote Control software & Dameware. Updated job tickets using Remedy. Tools used: Active Directory, Laplink PCMover, Remedy, Dameware, IBM Tivoli, Microsoft Office 2010

Responded to Help Desk calls and provided software & hardware support for users in 30 states and 2 provinces in Canada.
