Parcel Delivery Experience- Manage the software development life cycle from inception to implementation, including third party software custom modifications and homegrown applications- Work with end users to understand operational pain points and provide trainings or new features as permanent solution- Collaborate with other product areas as the subject matter expert in the Parcel Delivery program to facilitate decision-making around new features implementationLogistic solutions - Warehouse Management & Transportation Management System:- Implement WMS to over 10 distributions centers - configure and test WMS & TMS features (native/customized)- Gather and translate business requirements to technical resources. Design custom WM solutions for address operation issues- Assist end users adoption by providing trainings and detailed functional documentation- Test third party software integrations via API touch points

Supply Chain Solutions

- Act as consultant to client in connection with Manhattan technologies to proactively troubleshoot and resolve more complex issues that arise post implementation involving supply chain software solutions for client specific modifications. - Define client needs and develop plan for delivery of solutions. Perform detailed design and testing for customer specific enhancements. - Guide client through system implementation of additional functionality.- Suggest product improvements based on customer feedback.
