This included:- Developing a governance framework;- Design a Regulatory Compliance Program and implement;- Identify and document all regulatory instruments and obligations that apply to EnergyAustralia and it's subsidiaries (approx. 400 instrument and 9,000 obligations);- Risk rate all instruments and obligations and develop and document control programs for all high level rated obligations;- Develop compliance reporting including the cost of non-compliance; and- Procure and implement an accompanying IT system.
