Current- Clearly and quickly communicate all activities, promotions, and amenities available to casino guests.
- Perform internal audits, making sure all department paperwork and processes meet gaming regulations.
- Execute drawings and promotions to attract and retain new and existing customers.
- Daily reporting to management to measure promotion success and guest visits.
- Regularly attend Forbes training, refining leadership and interpersonal skills to deliver a 5-Star guest experience.
