Started when still in construction and, together with the company owner, laid out the infrastructure for several departments within the hotel, such as HR, Marketing, IT, Accountancy, Purchase, etc. From 2014 on focussed on Marketing only, and the start up of Activate Sports Club, belonging to the same company and providing service to the hotel guests and local residents.
