With over 25 years of counseling and leadership experience in public education and mental health, I've journeyed from the heart of Silicon Valley to offer psychotherapy and life coaching to adults, adolescents, and couples. In these unprecedented times, I offer care and support to you as we navigate today's challenges. I provide a safe refuge and a welcoming space to acutely listen and explore your past experiences, current challenges, and future goals. My guiding principles revolve around a simple transpersonal approach of "love, play, and rest," which serves as my north star.My academic background includes an MA in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) and a doctorate in Leadership and Change from Fielding Graduate University. My school counseling credential is from Villanova University, where I completed a Master's in Counseling and a Bachelor's in Psychology. I recently completed 200-hour yoga teacher training with Lakshmi Rising Wellness and Yoga, Ketamine Assisted Therapy training at Alchemy Community Therapy Center, and embodiment and mindful movement training with Open Floor International. Healing happens in relationships. With a liberation psychology lens, I welcome the opportunity to safely explore and work with all people regardless of social location. My focus is working with PTSD/trauma, anxiety and depression, women's issues, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, addiction and recovery, LGBTQ+ issues, parenting concerns, career challenges, psychedelic-assisted therapy integration, and end-of-life issues. My relational therapeutic approach is process-orientated, humanistic, client-centered, transpersonal, and somatically oriented, drawing from Hakomi, Gestalt, IFS, depth psychology, and DBT practices. Described as heart-centered, creative, empathic, and direct when needed, my style is designed to accompany you on your unique journey of self-discovery and growth.
