National Sales Manager - Oncology & Haematology
• Lead, coach and develop a high performing National team of 9 sales individuals to fulfil their role and potential and meet/exceed performance expectations in line with affiliate and brand objectives.• Deliver on sales targets and launch new treatments & indications where expectations are successfully achieved.• Support the development of the Oncology sales strategy through planning, management and positioning to ensure impact on overall market share, profitability and brand objectives.• Lead, plan and direct all Oncology sales activities for the achievement of short- and long-term business objectives, increased profit and market control in line with the company’s sales and multichannel engagement strategy.• Regularly analysing, reviewing and tracking results within territories to identify areas of growth and opportunities
