I strategize and coordinate marketing for our B2C and B2B sales teams and recruitment marketing for our sales recruiters. I lead a team of talented marketing professionals who specialize in graphic design, video production, recruitment marketing, digital marketing, branch design, social media, and event coordination. Culture development has been a focus for me and my team for years and is now officially a major strategic initiative responsibility for me. #BePremier is more than a hashtag, it is how we roll. This culture work implementation includes Premier Day (our annual company-wide event), TQMs (monthly branch meetings), team outings, company communication and our High Five & Teammate of the Month program. Keeping our culture strong as we grow exponentially is my top mission.In 2020 I created and continue to lead the project management of the cross-functional New Branch Opening team that ensures our new branches open on time, on budget and as smoothly as possible. Since the tech and the software we use is integral to the day-to-day culture of work life, I serve on our Tech Advancement Team.Premier is growing from 13 to 16 branch locations by January of 2023.

A big accomplishment for me was working with our Sales Director to build our Sales Recruiting Department in 2018.Growth at Premier means opening new branch locations. In 2020 I built a project management program and created a cross-functional team to help this process go more smoothly as we opened 6 branches over two years. I lead this team and am working to improve our processes even more as we open four more branches this year. Improvement is my favorite of our core values at Premier. I was a founding member of our Tech Advancement Team that started in 2021.Between 2017 and 2022 Premier grew from 5 to 13 branch locations.

The release of my book, The Mobile Marketing Handbook, launched my mobile marketing consulting business. It is hard to believe now, but businesses actually needed to be taught to make their website mobile-friendly and embrace text messaging as a marketing and communication channel.I was invited to speak at many conferences and events including those hosted by the Association of Small Business Development Centers, Colorado Small Business Development Center, the American Marketing Association, the Houston chapter of the American Advertising Federation and The System Seminar.I founded the International Mobile Marketing Business Network during this time and was named one of the Mobile Women to Watch 2010 by MobileMarketer.com.

Our agency was a book marketing firm that helped authors and publishers market their books. My work included business development, client work, and managing company operations including our marketing efforts - trade show management, website creation, teleconferences and on-site customer workshops.
