Assistant General Manager
CurrentWorking directly with the President/CEO to manage an extensive mountain wilderness destination featuring numerous recreational trails & programs as well as Nordic Centre and Backcountry Lodge facilities. Major responsibilities include: -Administration and maintenance of company record keeping, reservations, website and communication systems -Development, planning, and implementation of seasonal recreation programs and special events - Effectively manage multiple revenue streams while optimizing sales capacities and rate strategies-Comprehensive CRM, introduction of guest loyalty program, responding to inquiries, feedback/complaints, and emergency scenarios as required-Establish Best Practices and Service Standards throughout the company that will maximize operational efficiencies, cut costs, and improve effectiveness-Recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching seasonal staff while promoting company values and business objectives-Monitor and maintain a positive and empowering work environment for all team members that cultivates an atmosphere of shared responsibilities and rewards-Preparation and maintenance of annual marketing plan, budget, and administration activities-Conducting performance measure evaluations and developing processes and metrics to ensure highest level of return on company objectives and investment
