Presenter of Visible Learning workshops. I work with educators across Australia to support their practice and pedagogy with a focus on high impact strategies as outlined by the Visible Learning research.

I am a certified Concept-based Curriculum and Instruction trainer. I have worked with a number of school leaders globally delivering Concept-based workshops to their teachers.

As an MYP Lead Educator I have been working with the Asia Pacific IBEN department on the review of their WSL/SVTM recruitment and training processes.

I am an IBEN Trainer selected by the Asia Pacific office to train future IB workshop leaders and school visit team members.

I have worked as a consultant with numerous schools supporting and mentoring them through their candidacy period to their verification visit. I am currently working with 5 schools as their MYP Consultant. This role has required me to conduct a mandatory 2 day consultation visit at the school and also provide a minimum of 20 hours of distance mentoring in preparation for the verification visit.

I have led numerous MYP School Evaluation and Authorisation visits. I have been responsible for liaising with the regional office and the school prior to and after the visit. When conducting a visit I lead the team and prepare the visit report for submission to the regional office.

I have led numerous MYP workshops across the Asia Pacific region, delivering workshops at both regional events and also in-schools. As a Workshop leaders I facilitate professional development for teachers in schools implementing the IB programmes.I have led numerous MYP workshops across the Asia Pacific region, delivering workshops at both regional events and also in-schools. I led the implementation of the Personal Project at PLC and co-ordinated it for 9 years.

I lead the MYP (Years 6 - 10) at PLC. Across my time as MYP Co-ordinator, I was one of two representatives from Asia Pacific to be a part of the MYP Next Chapter review team, attending 2 meetings in The Hague. I was also a member of the Projects and Interdisciplinary curriculum review meetings held in the The Hague and also attended the Areas of Interaction curriculum review meeting in Adelaide.

I led the PE and Sports department and oversaw the co-curricular sports programme. I also led the Rowing the programme for 3 years.

I established the Middle School at PLC and set-up the pastoral care process. I was also in charge of the curriculum for Years 7 - 9.

I set-up the Outdoor Education programme for Year 10 students.
