• Developed scripts in VBA to convert over 100,000 experiments in Excel to Roche’s BioBook protocols.• Designed a BioBook plug-in to remediate over 600 experiments done in outdated BioBook protocols to current protocols.• Created Python scripts to extract metadata from experiments done in Chem Book and create a memory efficient database.
