•Assists in evaluating existing requirements for workforce, equipment, materials, space, and processes across the organization; identifies gaps and opportunities where lean management principles may apply.•Gathers and analyzes accurate measurements and baseline figures useful in developing designs for the healthcare service efficiency, key systems and processes across the organization.•Supports the organization in the achievement of the overall business directives and goals through resource optimization, process development and systems creation in coordination with various leader across functional teams.•Helps in the implementation of lean management programs all throughout the organization as well as the deployment of appropriate lean management tools and techniques in partnership with various leaders and key stakeholders.•Responsible for performing periodic analysis and reviews of performance including identification of performance trend, gap analysis, best performers, and areas of opportunity.•Liaises and coordinates with departments on the status of projects to ensure that projects are identified, prioritized and implemented in a timely and effective manner.•Guides employee actions through one’s consistent practice and implementation of department’s policies, procedures, methods and guidelines.•Coordinates and collaborates with department leaders in the timing of data gathering and baseline monitoring.•Works directly with clinical and non-clinical areas to understand current operating procedures, develops recommendations/solutions, facilitates the implementation of those solutions, and leverages data to monitor progress and support sustainability.•Collaborate with the Business Process Improvement and Lean Six Sigma/ Kaizen teams for projects requiring the sections expertise.•Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned and requested by the immediate superior.

 Analyzes the over-all system of the company and designs computer solutions to incorporate in the ERP systems. Confers with superiors, managers and other concerned personnel for the approval of recommended solutions and implementation procedures. Coordinates with programmers for new designs and developments by providing specifications, flow charts and process diagrams. Tests modules developed by the programmers for accuracy, reliability and usability. Coordinates with programmers to “debug” or eliminate errors. Coordinates module evaluation by the user and ensures user satisfaction. Implements approved softwares by conducting orientation and training of all users. Deploys approved ERP applications for implementation and ensures that all ERP users are using the correct version at all times. Responsible of keeping a complete record of deployments and updates of ERP. Responsible of maintaining a complete exe file of running ERP application modules identified by its revision numbers and date of deployment. Monitors the implementation of ERP, records all problems encountered by the users and analyze for improvements. Provides support to all ERP users by receiving calls and inquiries and immediate coaching. Maintains strict confidentiality of data accessed in the ERP. Attends meeting and discussions pertaining to projects handled, as needed. Makes periodic reports and other documentation requirements for QMS, ERP and other MIS projects. Performs other related task as may be assigned by superiors.
