I held the position of GTAM Account Manager for all existing and future commissions. I communicated directly with clients to establish their requirements. I also oversaw timesheets, Client PO’s and is a point of contact for all contractors on site. This role included listening to and understanding the client’s strategic approaches, to ensure we are in a prime position to assist them. As an account manager, I ensured that financial information is always reported accurately to clients. I kept track of PO budgets and spend against them to be able to predict when additional funds are required for invoicing.Key responsibilities are:•Programme Office Development. I worked to both develop new processes and improve existing ones. I was oversaw the planning, development and implementation of a Programme office to track all work to be delivered in the end to end asset health process. This involved analysis and improvement of the current processes, engaging with each of the teams involved to ensure the process becomes more efficient. As part of my role I had to ensure that the National Grid work budgets were costed correctly for the project.•Project Management and Planning. Since taking over the role of Project Manager, I worked with the client to create a new programme of work for the next stage of Asset Management development within GTAM. As well as keeping programmes and risk registers updated, I organised future state sessions, an industry-to-industry round table event, and a scope of work for the development of an efficient asset management system. I prepared reports, graphs with narrative and key performance indicators in a concise manner for Managers at National Grid. The information I presented was designed so any manager looking at the information can understand it in 10 seconds. I oversaw the reporting of 7 different projects within GTAM which are submitted weekly to the Gas Transmission PMO, and monthly to the Project and Programme Managers Meeting.

Project Controller
I worked alongside the Project Manager of the GTAM Asset Health Project to develop key project management skills. I later took over his role, ensuring completion of the project and continuation of work on site. The client requested my ongoing presence to develop a programme office to oversee all Asset work, from issue recognition to work completion. Examples of work completed for National Grid:•Handovers on site. I organised handovers of each scope on the relevant site across the UK. This included redevelopment of agendas, minutes and action logs for each handover and communicating with Investment Management for their stage gate criteria at the handover. She has arranged for representatives from Asset Management, Delivery, Investment Management and Operations/Site supervisors to attend the handover meetings on site. I streamlined the process to ensure all relevant documents are easily accessible to members of the Investment Team.•Asset Health Steering Group. I was the technical secretary for the Asset Health Steering Group; attending meetings, ensuring the presentation packs are ready and distributed and taking minutes/actions from each meeting. This meeting involves management representation from each part of Gas Transmission Asset Management and is used as a decision making body for the organisation.
Fleet & Facilities Assistant
I joined the Fleet and Facilities Team to provide support for the management of Rhead Group’s 250 strong vehicle fleet and 16 UK based offices.During my time in this role I have overseen office redevelopment within the Coventry Head Office – including management of contractors, making sure all employees were kept informed of the works and liaising between the contractor and Directors to ensure all changes were implemented while keeping the whole project on track. As part of office moves I assisted in the sourcing and outfitting of new offices. I joined the Bid Team within Rhead Group to provide ongoing support during a time of growth for the company. I had to take over on-going projects ensuring they were completed to a high standard and on time.My role included finding bid opportunities to initiate the work winning process which included setting up the opportunity on the Bid Database. I then communicated the opportunities to each of the sector leads and worked with them to ensure the correct information was provided for each deadline. This resulted in the formation of strong relationships with each of the Rhead Group sectors and an increased strategic insight into the direction of the company and the areas of interest for work winning. I have been involved with many key projects including:• Case Study Database – By liaising with managers and the heads of business units I collected information on missing case studies and redrafted current case studies into a consistent format. This ensured that the business had a uniform and current database of useful sales documents.• SharePoint Knowledge Library – The Knowledge Library was developed to improve the standard of basic information about the company ensuring all members of the Bid Department are using current and relevant data. This is key to improving the Bid services throughout the company and improving the standard of information in the Bid Documents.• CV Database – This included working with the company's Information Services team to redevelop the internal CV Database making it more functional for daily business use.
