I provide advice on a wide variety of legal matters, including regulatory, administrative, contractual, and litigation matters, conduct appeals under the Safety Standards Act, and provide advice in connection with enforcement activities under the Act and Regulations.

As an independent contractor for On Point Law Corporation, I provided legal research and drafting services for other lawyers.

At Harper Grey I practiced as a litigation associate in the firm’s commercial litigation, environmental law, and health law groups. My practice in environmental law involved litigation and regulatory matters relating to contaminated sites, including representing property owners in cost recovery actions pursuant to the Environmental Management Act and at common law, advising property owners with respect to strategies to minimize environmental risk arising from ownership of and operations on contaminated land, and assisting clients in dealing with government regulators. In my commercial litigation practice I acted for clients in a range of matters including general contractual disputes, real estate disputes, oppression actions, and expropriation claims.
