Specialist Internal Communications (Benelux)
Current- Responsible for the content and further development of the internal communication app- Setting up internal communication campaigns to get colleagues more involved- In charge of (video) updates (from the board) for the entire organization, both within the country and abroad- Part of project groups Core Values / Work & Happiness - Improving internal (management) communication, segmenting the internal target audience and motivating/supporting others to communicate effectively - Organizing internal events, such as management-events and guiding the onboarding day for new employees- Trained as a company emergency responder (BHV - Bedrijfshulpverlener)
