Responsible for developing US marketing and communication activities in line with corporate strategy, designing and implementing lead generation campaigns, managing and coordinating events, and initiating and maintaining association partnerships at the local, state and national levels.

Provide leadership in developing and executing strategies for organization and financial programs to ensure the association makes consistent and timely progress toward its mission and goals; establish working relationships and represent the programs and point of view of the association to agencies, organizations, and the public.

Responsible for developing and managing member recruitment and retention activities including the Board of Directors membership and general member-get-a-member campaigns; develop and implement strategies to broaden and deepen member engagement in programs and events; develop outreach strategies for effectively communicating the association’s member value proposition; responsible for planning more than a dozen statewide events including the annual Industry Gala and ACE Awards event attended by hundreds of industry leaders; manage association communications activities from template creation to content development and delivery for e-newsletters, press releases, website and social media.
