Someone who has the patience to walk MANY, MANY homes with you, never once complaining, always listening to your reasons why you do and don’t like the house that looked perfect on the listing and refining the search and again showing up at the next viewing with a smile. After viewing dozens of homes over the course of four months (maybe we were a bit picky but this is our forever home) we found the perfect one. Except it was a short sale. What does this mean, how does this process work, what should we expect, how do we protect ourselves from a bidding war or getting six months down the road with our hearts set and search stopped just to find out the bank is going to try and finagle more money out of us? Kim had all of the answers. Some were pretty and some not so pretty but we felt we knew exactly what we were getting into and how it would likely play out. She was extremely knowledgeable in how to put together our offer to shut down many of the risks with a short sale offer. The process took us 10 months to complete and yet every time we asked for an update and again asked the concerning questions about “what is going on?” “why is it taking so long” “what is the hold up?” Kim always connected with the banks, attorneys, etc. and found the answers and then was able to provide clear direction on what to expect so we could make the necessary family decisions to continue. After all was said and done, ten months later we were able to get into the house, there was no bidding war, the bank did not finagle more money out of us and we moved into our dream house in the dream neighborhood. Kim was with us every step of the way, always genuine and sincere, always and forever patient and always with passion and a smile. I have no reservations about recommending Kim, she is an expert."
