About Kim Gratny, Experiential Leadership Coach

I traded in the corporate uniform for cowboy boots when I discovered the striking similarities between working with horses and working with humans. It all came fullCIRCLE in 2016 when I earned my first certification in Equine Guided Education also known as Horse Guided Coaching. After 20 years in the business world, I soon recognized that developing a more productive sense of team meant re-imagining professional development. Tangible, long-term results were attainable through life-changing, off-site guided leadership experiences. That’s why I created fullCIRCLE. To develop a deeper sense of team by re-thinking professional development with life-changing, off-site, guided leadership experiences that get results for your people and your organization. In 2018 fullCIRCLE expanded into a family venture when my husband Dusten came into the fold bringing his decades of wisdom and experience as an animal behaviorist. It’s a distinct culmination of our heritage, a blend of generations of cowboys and entrepreneurs. We are humbled by and grateful for what God has entrusted to us — a blended family with five children, family-like friends, horses, bucking cattle, sheep, dogs and land to steward.Let's have a conversation! I look forward to connecting with you!
