As a leadership coach since 1998, specialising in working with Headteachers since 2009, I have the privilege of enabling leaders to lead: not manage and definitely not micro-manage! It's part of the reason I'm passionate about enabling leaders to EVOLVE to be the leaders they want to be!I work with all sorts of leaders, typically Directors and CEOs in Not-for-Profits but I especially enjoy working with Headteachers.
