My role involves conducting user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing, analyzing the data to present insights and recommendations, and collaborating with clients to understand their business objectives and product goals.

1) Define scope and document specifications as well as to manage and groom the backlogs for 3 products namely ValueNet, PropertyAdvisor and PropertyAdvisorPro for Malaysia market.2) Develop solutions and organising, planing, creating and delivering prop-tech proof of concept for banking, government and logistic sector.3) Work closely with sales team to ensure successful closure of the sales process.4) Work closely with engineering team to ensure product features are delivered.5) Work closely with data freelance team to ensure data sanity project are executed.

Working with an awesome team in CTOS to deliver SaaS - consumer services in Malaysia market. Key responsibilities are:1) Work closely with different stakeholders including marketing, UI/UX and technical team to build product requirements and implementation strategy2) Define, scope and document specifications for product features and improvements3) Create user acceptance test cases and involves in both UAT and production testing4) Responsible to manage priorities in the backlog including feature prioritization, maintenance and bug fixes as well as releases5) Conduct appropriate data analyses to support product initiatives, establish of new business processes, reporting and daily business operation issues.6) Provide inputs and contribute to the development of product roadmap.7) Record success and failure of the products and offer constructive improvements.8) Training of front line officers on product updates and enhancements.

Helping clients to develop technology-centric business models and to leverage on data analytics and open source technology stacks to improve their bottom lines.

1) To work together with Customer Support team to interact with clients include addressing queries on commercial credit report, Know Your Parties reports and customised due diligence report; 2) To work together with IT development team to gather users’ requirement and to map business functional specifications, controls and processes;3) To evaluate and to maintain the relationship with current and potential suppliers’ in order to meet information quality, delivery and cost objectives;4) To lead, develop and operate Know Your Parties and Cross Border Due Diligence related products, services and processes;5) To develop, update and maintain business requirement documentations, operation and training manuals;6) To source, connect, assemble and refine the data from public databases/ websites available in the internet to in-house compliance database; 7) To mentor and provide necessary guidance to junior product and business analysts;8) To support senior management as and when necessary includes to conduct research and to prepare overseas project financial models as well as other necessary analysis and information.

1) Responsible to oversee, plan, implement and monitor GST projects; 2) Responsible to lead and coordinate GST project team members and liaise with external parties; 3) Responsible to identify business transactions and processes conducted within the company are GST compliance; 4) Responsible to provide guidance, briefing and training to all departments that affected with GST; 5) Responsible to prepare GST manuals, SOP and training materials; 6) Responsible to develop and execute GST Project UAT plan, GST UA Test Script as well as identify defects; 7) Responsible to prepare Regional Management Report; 8) Responsible to monitor, analyze and report any unauthorized credit trading by Branch Managers; 9) Responsible to monitor, analyze and report Group’s Account Receivable performance to Directors.
