What you THINK about impacts on your BEHAVIOUR. Sometimes we display behaviours that are not conducive to the way we want to be perceived. For example, if you are thinking, 'I wish my staff would do more', or 'I must raise my game', you can imagine how these thoughts will sabotage your behaviour! Thinking likes this causes stress and the behaviour you will display will not be conducive to getting a positive result!Kim uses cutting edge Neuroscience and Mindset Coaching techniques to help Business Leaders/Entrepreneurs and Employees change their thinking and behaviour so they can be 'who' they want to be and 'how' they want to be in the workplace and in life. Kim believes that most of the time, we operate on 'automatic pilot'. People have busy lives with lots to do and as a result, we are not always aware of our behaviour and the impact it has on others. The brain is always scanning the environment for threats, to keep us safe. However, our brain cannot distinguish between 'real' threat and 'perceived' threat. For example, you may look at a member of staff in such a way that says to them 'I am not good enough at my job'. Even though you haven't said these words, our brains will sense an alert and will create a threat response in the member of staff!Alot of what we 'think' about isn't actually true.
