In 2022, I joined AMP Insights, LLC as their project accountant and office manager. Prior to then, I started a small, woman-owned business serving mental health professionals. My services include billing, bookkeeping and administrative services to sole practitioners and small groups. I work with my clients collaboratively to best serve their unique needs and help them make more time for clients. I am also an associate with Perfect Balance Accounting, LLC offering a wide range of accounting services.Prior to relocating to Central Oregon I spent 20+ years in natural resources working to provide a balance between the requirements of healthy marine, freshwater and terrestrial resources and the development of energy projects to serve the growing need for alternative energy sources. Below is a summary of my professional experience.I represented NMFS in licensing and leasing processes for a variety of marine renewable energy (wave, tidal, offshore wind) and traditional hydropower projects for over seven years. Additionally, I have more than 15 years experience developing, planning, managing and conducting natural resource studies, surveys and reports for commercial and institutional clients and employers. Extensive experience coordinating joint efforts of government and private scientists for NEPA and other Federal, state and local land use and regulatory review processes.Specialties: Federal Power Act (FPA) negotiations, Endangered Species Act (ESA) and Magnuson–Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act (MSA) consultations. National (NEPA) and state Environmental Protection Act process management and compliance. Offshore and terrestrial wind power, traditional hydropower, small hydropower, and marine hydrokinetics. Federal, state and local land use and water quality permitting. Fish biology, marine mammals, aquatic ecology and wetland science.
