Created and implemented thorough change management communications plans for the Finance Transformation, Global Business Services, and Information Technology Services departments’ individual changes as well as the additional merging of their three departments under the new single Shared Services umbrella. Working with the VPs of each department, the Director of Communications, the Shared Services Administrator and global constituents, I aligned the messaging company-wide and communicated specific changes, instructions and timing to each audience via multiple methods.
