Production and design for local, regional and national accounts. Primarily responsible for print production, print buying, and print QC of all agency projects (ad campaigns, collateral, identity, OOH, large-format, etc), in addition to some digital design and production, WordPress site updates, email marketing production and social media graphic design/production. Also responsible for developing and maintaining creative department systems for a 100% virtual workforce.

*In 2008, the creative department of New Century Graphics spun off and became Uppercase Design Group.• Design and production of a wide range of projects for national and local accounts. • Primarily responsible for page production for Harcourt Assessment publications (now Pearson Education — a global educational publisher and testing company). • Projects for other accounts included ads, event campaigns, brochures, signage, menus, packaging, identity, etc. for regional and national clients such as US Air Force Entertainment, Capitol Group, HEB, Frost Bank, Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce.

• All aspects of design and production for a 144-page full-color art and craft how-to book (Creating Life-Like Figures in Polymer Clay, by Katherine Dewey). • In addition to design and production, tasks included scanning and color correction of 450+ color plates from slides and scanning/touch up of 100+ line-art figures from original artist drawings.• After selling out of an initial print run of 10,000, the publication rights were purchased by a major publisher (Watson-Guptill Publications, a division of Random House). While the new publisher redesigned the cover to match an established series, they made no changes to my internal page design upon publishing the 2nd edition. • Design, production and prepress of printed marketing materials and products for a cookbook quick-publishing company. • Design projects included catalogs, magazine ads, direct mail, brochures, trade show signage, etc. • Prepress tasks included color correction, imposition, trapping, and producing plates in a direct-to-plate environment for production in our on-site printing facility (20+ presses ranging from 1c sheetfed to 6-tower web press).
