Responsible for the delivery of strategic programs for the CFO organization supporting both cost reduction and revenue generation. This included all phases of the program: developing business cases, obtaining executive approval and funding, and effective execution leveraging governance, change management and training methodologies. Reporting directly to the CFO, led a global team of 25 professionals that worked across the entire business.• In support of a company wide location strategy, I led all aspects of the relocation of over 125 positions within the CFO organization - project management, change management, communication and team building / training.• Established a governance structure for our demand management process including: governance councils, a project prioritization process, and project metrics resulting in a 50% increase in the productivity of the information technology team.• Developed standard project management tools and templates to enable effective and efficient project delivery while providing transparency to key stakeholders.• Created the Financial System Strategy for the organization leveraging Oracle, Hyperion and various other financial software packages.• Implemented solutions in support of the Financial System Strategy including implementing Oracle and the related standard processes in Brazil and Greece in support of business expansion and compliance initiatives.• Created and executed a strategy to move the support of the Hyperion applications to a co-source model with a third party. This change resulted in a more stable IT environment, and a much higher level of user support. • Led the CFO organization integration efforts for a complex, material joint venture. • Created a Target Operating Model and related business case that would achieve a 25% cost reduction for the U.S. finance organization.

Responsible for the functional support and projects related to the global financial applications used by the finance organization. Management responsibility for a global team of 35.• Reduced total operating costs of the department by over $1M while simultaneously increasing the combined skill sets of the team. Implemented processes and SLA’s that significantly increased customer satisfaction.• Implemented a master data management tool (Hyperion DRM) and data governance process greatly enhancing the consistency of the financial data.• Implemented a global consolidation tool (Hyperion Financial Manager) that provided access to all financial data with a common look and feel.

Responsible for strategic projects and transformation initiatives for the CFO organization including acquisition integration and divestiture program management.• Led the spinoff of the Western Union subsidiary for the CFO organization. Separated over 30 information technology systems and related processes on time with no adverse financial or operational impacts.• Developed standard merger integration methodologies and templates for the global CFO organization. • Managed 60+ work streams necessary to complete the integration of a $7B acquisition. Completed integration into the standard financial tools and processes within 90 days after the acquisition closing.
