• Implemented a master data management tool (Hyperion DRM) and data governance process greatly enhancing the consistency of the financial data.
• Implemented a global consolidation tool (Hyperion Financial Manager) that provided access to all financial data with a common look and feel.

• Responsible for strategic projects and transformation initiatives for the CFO organization including acquisition integration and divestiture program management.
• Led the spinoff of the Western Union subsidiary for the CFO organization. Separated over 30 information technology systems and related processes on time with no adverse financial or operational impacts.
• Developed standard merger integration methodologies and templates for the global CFO organization.
• Managed 60+ work streams necessary to complete the integration of a $7B acquisition. Completed integration into the standard financial tools and processes within 90 days after the acquisition closing.
