I`ve studied architecture engineering, which provided me, as it`s a multidisciplinary major, with the best opportunity to learn about project management, human (consumer) behavior and psychology, project design, teamwork and industry of course. Having a little experience in the fields mentioned and enough enthusiasm, I then focused on learning about the sales, CRM, retention marketing, project management etc. Combining my previous studies and new skills led me to work in Sivanland, an e-commerce startup in the construction material and service provider. Although I`ve worked in the sales department here since the beginning, as there is not a strict plan and role in startups and also I`m considered as one of the first members here, we have come through lots of challenges in different departments together which is the most valuable outcome for me as it helped me develop my analysis and also inter-organizational skills.
