The Calendar is a student-run organization that was created to foster a community and inspire students to get involved at UBC. By hosting various large-scale events with 600-10k attendees, The Calendar is at the forefront of cultivating the student experience at UBC. By hosting flagship events, as well as being a marketing platform for a multitude of other campus organizations, The Calendar continues to innovate new ideas and break the barriers to what is possible for campus culture and beyond. The Calendar's events have been featured on CBC, Macleans, and Good Morning America.

As Creative Coordinator, I was responsible for the artistic side of The Calendar's events, including but not limited to:- Overseeing project management and helping the vision of the event come to life- Designing the events of The Calendar- Leading event brainstorms with our team of executives and brand representatives - Leading decoration sessions and designing decorative pieces- Creating and innovating interactive features at events
