CurrentDirector of Ticketing: August 2021-PresentBox Office Manager: November 2016-August 2021Box Office Supervisor: March 2014-November 2016• Oversee all aspects of box office operations which includes acting as system administrator for the Ticketmaster ticketing system, daily and monthly financial reporting and deposits, and ensuring positive customer relations• Manage 5 full-time employees and up to 40 part-time employees including hiring, training, assigning and directing work, employee evaluation and disciplinary actions• Assists in development of the annual budget and ensures compliance• Develop & execute on-sale plans for each ticketed event from developing price scaling, organizing requested inventory holds, implementing offers, and monitoring sales to ensure adequate gross potential• Prioritize and manage tasks from multiple events simultaneously to meet time-sensitive deadlines• Generate reports required for show settlement and participate in the settlement process• Collaborate with internal and external teams to facilitate all ticketing aspects such as event programming, on-sale notifications and sales reporting• Monitor daily box office operations and effectively communicate new policies and procedures to staff through verbal and written correspondence• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback submissions on a daily basis• Handle large sums of cash by preparing seller banks, deposits, and change orders• Ensure compliance with venue and ticketing policies and procedures
