- Broad Product Responsibilities: Juggled strategy, execution, and planning across multiple projects, gaining experience in annual planning, scrum leadership, and product development, including human & digital clinical navigation and member engagement campaigns. - Clinical Navigation Value Strategy: Developed a multifaceted approach to clinical navigation by integrating clinical, data-driven, commercial, user research, and operational perspectives. Key Product Domain Launches:- Enhanced Clinical Navigation Programs: Overhauled Care Nav reporting with new metrics, improved design, and stakeholder alignment; launched 3x digital campaigns, including a standout PrEP utilization initiative, leveraging data-driven insights and user research; and optimized clinical rules engine by deploying targeted, impactful rules in partnership with Data Science and Population Health teams.- Engagement Communications Pilot: Led the launch of a scalable engagement communications strategy, coordinating across Engineering, User Experience Research, and Design teams to deliver meaningful member experiences and build foundational documentation for future scalability.- Master Data Management (MDM): Took ownership of data governance initiative, partnered closely with Architects and Data Owners to define new architecture, process, and system mapping for clarity of organizational data.Sadly, I stepped down as the President of The Black Collective - fantastic & energetic new leadership have been positioned to further advocate for Black employees at Collective Health.

With my organizational and servicing expertise, I found this team dedicated to handling any escalation - big or small. Whether something goes awry with our clients, an executive catches wind of a heightened member issue, or an internal team discovers a novel gap in our process, I lead the team of operational experts to manage the issue with efficiency, accuracy, and creativity. Example projects that CIR oversaw: Medicare issue resolution, Open Enrollment management, and Collective Go (ie. return-to-work product) initiative ownership.

The Black Collective was founded in February 2018, dedicated to maintaining a community for Black Collective Health employees to be their most vibrant and authentic selves. We champion the development, recruitment, and celebration of Black excellence within the broader company and our communities. These pillars describe our focus areas to impact the Collective Health community:- Community & Culture: Programming to foster a sense of community and engagement among Black employees, as well as organized celebrations of Black culture for all of Collective Health (eg. Black History Month)- Professional Connections: Programming to encourage diverse employees to make professional connections and mentors to elevate their own careers- DEI Touchpoint: Keep Collective Health accountable to our shared DEI initiatives and encourage expansion of DEI within the companyWithin The Black Collective, I was most proud of our 2019 "Glo Up" professional event series for community youth preparing for their first job, our coordinated response to Black Lives Matter protests in 2020, championing Juneteenth to be recognized as a company holiday, and further pushing corporate social responsibility and accountability.
