We serve Rental Property Owners and Property Managers of residential rental property across Iowa, from the Missouri to the Mississippi River, and from Kansas to Minnesota – through the Iowa Landlord Association subgroup. Kim provided consulting services, domain name registrations & transfers, hosting, web development, web maintenance, search engine optimization, search engine submissions, eBay auctions, temporary websites, and online announcements. Her main focus was in helping small businesses build and maintain their own websites, typically through the use of Content Management Systems such as WordPress, Joomla!, and Drupal, as well as Site Builders such as Homestead and Website Creator by CM4all. She also taught businesses how to use Social Media, as well as many other Internet Marketing Strategies, to promote their products and services.

Kim taught, "Creating WordPress Websites", "Having Fun with Social Media", "Social Media for Business", and a "Marketing your Business on the Internet" series.

Kim taught, "Apps for your Smartphone and Tablet", "Internet Basics", "Intro to Computers for the 50+ Crowd", "Google Apps", and "Creating WordPress Websites."

Kim taught a series of classes designed for the 50+ crowd. These classes focused on learning basic Internet skills, social media, and how to use apps on your smartphone and tablet.

Kim worked during Iowa Public Television's on-air pledge drive in the data processing department.

Supervised students in the open lab. Assisted students with login, printer setup, and miscellaneous difficulties. Provided assistance with various Microsoft products.

Responsibilities included a multi-phone line, scheduling, mailings, taxes, and payroll. Performed the installation of all computer software and hardware. Maintained and upgraded all computer equipment.

Responsible for data entry, scheduling, multi-phone line, mailings, and computer training of office staff when we ditched pen and paper and finally moved to the digital world.
