Member of Intel's Disclosure Committee and lead, Group Counsel for Intel's CFO. Responsible for supporting external reporting, treasury -- domestic and foreign public debt offerings, credit facilities, stock repurchase/dividends, trade (import/export) and U.S. and foreign subsidiaries management. Led global team of 25+ attorneys and legal professionals.

Completed Visa's global public filings (Visa effected the largest ($19B) US-based IPO in 2008), serving as a member and secretary (followed by serving as chair) of Visa's Disclosure Committee, counseling senior management in all aspects of public company compliance, governance and regulatory matters. Responsible for all U.S. SEC filings, including stock split and ESPP related matters as well as foreign filings. Served as counsel to "C" level executives in areas of enterprise compliance training, controls and enforcement in SOX and policies involving Insider Trading and Regulation FD. Advised company's executives in areas of corporate governance, treasury (credit facility, revolvers and FX), Section 16 and compliance issues.

Represented Visa International in all aspects of its business with emphasis in IP licensing matters, corporate transactions, treasury matters, corporate governance, compliance and investments. Managed legal and compliance work pertaining to Visa's credit facilities and revolvers supporting the entire Visa cash management program including FX transactions. Lead attorney servicing VC division making investments financial/payments-related start-ups. Advised company on Gramm-Leach Bliley Act and other privacy-related concerns. Lead attorney supporting CTO as well as VC division of Visa International. Counseled the company’s board of directors and audit committee.
