CurrentProvide leadership and management to ensure that the mission and core values of the organization are put into practiceEnsure ongoing local programmatic excellence, rigorous program evaluation, and consistent quality of finance and administration, communications, and systems; recommend timelines and resources needed to achieve the strategic goalsActively engage and energize volunteers, Board members, committee members, alumni, partnering organizations, and fundersMotivate, lead, coach, develop, and retain a high-performance senior management team; provide hands on direction for direct reports and monitor the execution of plans for each department.Ensure effective processes in place to track progress, and regularly evaluate program components, so successes can be effectively communicated to the board, and other constituents. Be an external local and national presence to garner new opportunities and enhance the reputation of the organizationEnsure effective organizational governance and adherence to policiesImplement processes to disburse grants to local and national partner organizationsIn cooperation with CEO, manage development of 33-acre campus, including a large community event center, day camp facilities, Holocaust education center and administrative buildings.
