Responsible for corporate wide change program renewing Orion processes and increasing productivity. In this role reports to President and CEO of Orion. With the help of new technology we are creating new ways of work, promoting data driven leadership and improving transparency over the whole end to end chain. Part of the program is renewal of our IT infrastructure in the form of greenfield implementation of Sap S/4 Hana ERP, implementation of new MES and HR system.

In this role had overall responsibility of Orion Contract Manufacturing business including P/L responsibility. Orion contract manufacturing covers both manufaturing of various dosage forms of final drug products and manufacturing and development services for API’s.Orion is an innovative European R&D based pharmaceuticals company that offers high value pharmaceutical contract manufacturing services for global markets. Our current contract manufacturing portfolio includes proprietary and generic products for human and animal health in various dosage forms for final drug products. As API CDMO we are specialized for HPAPI’s.Our facilities comply with EMA, FDA, JP and ANVISA quality standards.

Responsible for investment project delivering Fermion's new highly automated 6000m2 active pharmaceutical ingredient factory unit in Hanko. Investment increases Fermion's reactor capacity and further strengthens Fermion capabilities in the area of high potency API's. Investment size measured in tens of millions of Euros and approximately 1000 people have participated the journey during some part of the project.
