As EVP/ECD I've been part of the agency management, overseeing not only the creative but also the strategic product. - During my tenure McCann Copenhagen has been one of the most digitally awarded agencies both here and abroad in shows like Eurobest, The One Show, Danish Digital Awards and Danish Internet Awards. - Major new business wins where I've played a significant part include Nordea in all four, nordic markets and Dansk Retursystem (Danish Deposit System collecting all disposable cans and bottles).- I'm also proud to have established McCademy - an advanced diploma course for senior marketeers that is run in collaboration between a highly recognised educational institution - Copenhagen Business School - and an international agency network.

Jury chair in a jury consisting of 80+ leading marketing, media and advertising profiles, judging the premier digital work from Danish companies and agencies and continuously developing the categories and criteria. DIA grew significantly during my tenure as jury chair and it was the first award show in Denmark that gathered the most participants from all three cornerstones of our industry: clients, agencies and media. Today, the only remaining digital award show here is Danish Digital Award of which I have held the position as chairman since its inception.

Responsible for driving digital integration and overseeing business development initiatives across both existing accounts and prospective clients. - Nordic business director for Nordea in SE, FI, DK and NO. - Working on key accounts like Nordea, McDonald's, Codan, Eniro, Royal Unibrew and Volkswagen. - Part of the winning team in bringing home the titles of both Digital Agency of The Year and Advertising Agency of The year for the numerous awards across multiple categories handed to Eniro for krak.dk/jagten and McDonald's for Coinoffers (Danish Internet Awards, Creative Circle Awards, Eurobest, Epica, Cannes Lions).

Working on several new business projects winning dot-com accounts like Bolia and Travelmarket as well as traditional retail accounts like Hi-Fi Klubben. Also handling various pieces of TDC business ranging from publishing to internet.
