Current• Design and implement innovative employee engagement strategy; utilize data-driven approach to optimize programs• Lead project management of all CSR initiatives and manage a portfolio of 50+ strategic partners under a $2mm budget• Collaborate cross-functionally with Diversity & Inclusion, Brand Marketing, Events, Communications, HR, and various businesses to integrate CSR into firmwide initiatives, build culture, and drive business value• Analyze engagement data; build quantitative reports for leadership used for benchmarking and strategic planning
