As the Marketing & Communications Manager at Knowledgent, I was responsible for all things digital marketing. My primary focuses were on social media marketing, email marketing, video/podcast production, and blogging. I divided my time on top of my marketing responsibilities to serve as the primary administrator of Knowledgent's Salesforce instance.● Creation of content and publishing through all Knowledgent social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+, Instagram, Flickr)● Creation of content and management of the official Knowledgent blog, Knowledgent Perspectives● Creation and management of all paid social media advertisements● Recording, producing, and publishing all company videos● Creation, distribution, and analysis of all email marketing campaigns and communications● Recording, producing, and publishing Knowledgent’s official podcast, TeK Talk● Working closely with Sales teams to create campaigns and prospect in key accounts and locations● Managing Knowledgent’s CRM system, Salesforce● Strategize and execute all other digital and traditional marketing campaigns● Assisting the Events Producer in running various company events throughout the year

Host on-air shows multiple times a week. Attend meetings as a staff member. Cover shifts as needed. Operate news and sports broadcasts. Attend local community events as a representative of the station.

Prepare all Public Service Announcements for on-air broadcast. Edit as needed. Schedule PSA's twice an hour every day, each week. Work with production staff to create PSA's.
