I am skilled in managing both regional and global profit & loss statements, understanding budget management and forecast management in order to deliver consistent profits for the business. I use numbers to tell a qualitative story and utilize data and metrics to support decisions and recommendations. I lead teams across multiple regions, understanding cultural sensitivity, HR hiring processes and local legislation that require a fine-tuning of engagement at an individual, country level. I am a past member of CHIEF (chief.com) a private, network focused on connecting and supporting women leaders. In addition, I am a Content Contributor at Thrive Global.I follow The Challenger Sales Methodology and Sandler Sales to drive a sales minded culture from each of my operational leaders because I know that the incremental sale and renewal of contracts only happens by bringing continual innovation to our customers. I have a personal passion for Women and Girls empowerment and Women in Leadership and enjoy incorporating these pursuits in both my personal and professional life. I'm proud to be a volunteer with Girls on the Run and a volunteer at St.Joseph's Social Services. In both pursuits I have the chance to offer hope to those who feel hopeless and in both pursuits I walk away more inspired then when I arrived.
