Some of her tasks are:- Creating Developer Agreements; Masters and Sub-agreements- Calculating, tracking, and collecting: a) System Capacity Fees and Plan Review and Construction Observation Fees- Creating processes, tools such as checklists and tracking mechanisms for initial submittals, pre-construction, preliminary turnover and final turnover of each submitted project- Recording of final documents at the County- Annual reports, such as Contributory Assets, and their value as needed for the client accountant and reporting to the presiding regulatory agency. - Ensuring adherence to the Client developed "Technical Standards."
