I joined Centennial Property Group in its founding year and was responsible for building out the distribution and marketing function and capabilities as the group grew. During this time I raised the capital to settle a range of boutique wholesale property funds and syndicates, across commercial, industrial & logistics, retail, childcare and residential. I also drove a major strategy review of our brand and services. This included development and delivery of website, marketing and business collateral as well as systemisation to meet the changing needs of the business.

With overall responsibility for distribution, client management and marketing, I was active in building assets under management to over $2 billion. During my time at Abacus we grew from a small privately held boutique property business to one of Australia's largest diversified property groups, listed on the ASX (ABP). I was instrumental in developing a strong personalised service culture and was an early adopter of easy-to-understand, timely investor reporting within the wholesale space.
