I love learning what makes our different customers 'tick' and I'm an analytical geek so i get excited about the smart technologies available to enhance my customers experience, building loyalty and profit! I've had great experiences in a variety of industries and countries each time learning more and adding value in streamlining processes, technologies and general business practice. Through my experiences I believe that the only way to achieve success is to UNDERSTAND WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS WANT, then look at the technologies that can enhance this, but technology alone will not suffice, we need to integrate this with our environments (processes, people etc) This is seen in all my projects, products and consulting where I zone in to identify the real needs and interdependencies, thus finding solutions that work.My management style allows for individualism and creative thinking whilst working as a team to explore options for the best solutions. My teams are encouraged to look at the “big picture” before zoning into their area of expertise, thus growing the thinking into solution based ideas.
