For this project I contracted myself back to HP.The project I have performed consisted of integrating 360 FTE into HP whom were taken over by HP in an outsourcing deal. For this project I had to develop a new environment for these former Nokia employees to enable them to work from their current Nokia premises with HP tools and systems while still being responsible and able te perform all their task normally within the Nokia worldwide network. This solution had to be secure enough for both contract parties (Nokia/HP) but also solid and rigid to enable daily operations.As a solution for this unique work situation I developed a Citrix access solution together with my project team that enabled all former Nokia staff to still work normally on their Nokia desktop and management environment and also be able to use all related HP tooling and systems. This solution is still used within HP for the integration of newly acquired staff in outsourcing deals during the entire transition project.Big deal:As Sales manager I was responsible for the closing of an outsourcing deal between SIRA and HP.HP outsourced their daily onsite operations (Deskside support) to SIRA in this deal. I have been responsible as Project Manager of this deal and managed a staff of 10 FTE during the implementation of the SLA between SIRA and HP. I have also created and negotiated that SLA.
